Why this is the correct answer
Every driver must take the alcohol and drug tests carried out by traffic officers. Other road users must also take them if they are involved in an accident or have committed an offence (art. 14.2, Traffic Act). Refusing is a very serious offence (art. 77.d), unless it amounts to a criminal offence.
