Welcome to DGTTestPro. These terms of use govern your access to and use of the DGTTestPro platform. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
About the platform
DGTTestPro is available at https://dgttestpro.com. The platform helps you prepare for the theory exam of the Dirección General de Tráfico (DGT) across the driving categories we support: B, A2, AM, C, D, CAP and B+E (Trailer). Every question and explanation is available in both Spanish and English.
Use of the platform
These terms contain the information you need about using the platform. By registering as a user, you accept these terms. The platform is intended for your own personal exam preparation.
Internet connection
DGTTestPro runs in your web browser and needs an active internet connection. On a slow or unstable connection, some features may load slowly or not work as expected.
Your account
To use most features you need to create an account and sign in. You can register with your email address or with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity under your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile page.
Free access
DGTTestPro is free to start. Any registered user can use the platform without paying: one practice test per day, the sample exam (no signup needed), basic statistics and access to the online theory chapters. This is enough to get a feel for the platform, but not enough to fully prepare.
Premium
To unlock full access (unlimited practice and exam simulations, every question, the daily test and its history, and detailed per-topic statistics) you can purchase Premium.
Premium is a single payment of € 24.99 that gives you 180 days of full access (about € 0.14 per day).
Premium does not auto-renew. It is a one-off purchase. When the 180 days end, your account returns to the Free tier, with no recurring charges and no surprise payments. If you want to continue after 180 days, you purchase Premium again.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or with a debit or credit card through PayPal's checkout. We never see or store your full card details. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may be updated from time to time; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds based on your exam result: passing or failing the official DGT exam depends on factors outside our platform.
We do refund Premium within 14 days of purchase if you have used fewer than 5 tests, no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at hello@dgttestpro.com. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.
Your reviews and feedback
We welcome your feedback, ratings and questions. If you send us a review or testimonial, you agree that we may publish it (for example on our website), so please do not send anything you would not want shown publicly. You can ask us to remove your published feedback at any time.
Personal use and content
The platform and its content are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, distribute, resell, scrape or otherwise redistribute the question bank, the explanations or any other content without our written permission. You may not share your account or do anything that compromises the security of the platform or its content. All rights to the platform that are not expressly granted here remain reserved.
Not affiliated with the DGT
DGTTestPro is an independent study aid. We are not the Dirección General de Tráfico, not a driving school, and are not affiliated with either. Exam fees, the official question content and booking procedures are set by the DGT; our role is to help you prepare.
Limitation of liability
You use DGTTestPro at your own risk. It is a study tool and we do not guarantee any specific result in the official exam. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any failures, errors or interruptions of the platform, or for any damages arising from its use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the last-updated date shown below. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence within the EU.
