The complete DGT theory in plain English and Spanish. Read a chapter, then practice its exam questions to lock it in.

The DGT theory test (examen teórico) is 30 multiple-choice questions with a 30-minute limit, and you need at least 27 correct to pass. Every question is drawn from the official syllabus, so nothing on the exam falls outside the chapters below.

These chapters cover the same ground as an autoescuela textbook, rewritten in clear English alongside the Spanish, for residents and expats who want to sit the exam in either language. Read a chapter to understand the reason behind each rule, then practise its questions until the answers become automatic.
