What is the mandatory minimum lateral distance that must be kept when overtaking a cyclist or a moped outside built-up areas?

Why this is the correct answer
When overtaking cyclists, mopeds, personal mobility vehicles or pedestrians, you must leave at least 1.5 metres of lateral space. If the carriageway has more than one lane in each direction, you must change lanes completely. Outside built-up areas you must also slow to at least 20 km/h below the road's speed limit, before you start the overtake and throughout it (RGC Art. 85.4).
