Why this is the correct answer
Under Article 12.3 of the General Traffic Regulations, motorcycles, three-wheeled vehicles and mopeds may tow a trailer or semi-trailer of up to 50% of the towing vehicle's unladen mass. They may only do so in daylight and without carrying people in the trailer, and their speed must be 10% lower than the generic speeds in Article 48.
