- A Someone walking on the pavement
- ✓ Someone riding a motorcycle
- C A person with a disability moving at walking pace in a wheelchair
- D Someone pushing a pushchair
Why this is the correct answer
Under Annex I of the Traffic Act, a pedestrian is a person who, without being a driver, travels on foot. Also counted as pedestrians are people pushing a pushchair, people walking a cycle or two-wheeled moped, and people with disabilities moving at walking pace in a wheelchair, with or without a motor. Someone riding a motorcycle is a driver, not a pedestrian.
